Vonn is a self absorbed person who was only interested in winning because it furthers her chances of becoming a "star". She has all the makings too - better than average looks, a liar, a drama queen, can cry on demand and total focus on herself.

Ms. Vonn is not going to be a success at this Olympics. She has been yapping way too much - shut up and ski. I believe it is all an excuse to keep the attention on her - because she needs it and to have a ready excuse when she fails.
